Our Process

The POWERFORWARD Process involves several Phases. We will manage to complete your project successfully. While the exact number of phases might vary slightly depending on the source and specific project, here are our base 5 Fundamental Phases for our clients.

PHASE 1

This Phase involves all the planning and preparation work before actual construction begins. Key activities include project conception, site selection, feasibility studies, securing permits and approvals, design development, budgeting, and creating a construction schedule. Our goal is to ensure that all necessary resources are in place, and the project is well-defined before breaking ground.

PHASE 2

This Phase marks the official start of construction. POWERFORWARD mobilizes the construction team and sets up the project site. Activities during this Phase include site clearing, excavation, site utilities installation, and temporary facilities setup such as the Mobile office and storage areas. It's all about preparing the site for the main construction work.

PHASE 3

The main construction work occurs during this Phase. It involves the actual building of the structure based on the approved plans and specifications. The scope of work can include foundation work, structural framing, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) POWERFORWARD coordinates subcontractors, manages materials and resources, monitors progress, and ensures quality and safety standards are upheld.

PHASE 4

After the construction is complete, various systems within the building need to be tested and inspected to ensure they are functioning as intended. This Phase includes testing electrical systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, fire protection, and other systems. Any issues or deficiencies are identified and rectifie.

PHASE 5

In this Final Phase, POWERFORWARD ensures that all work is completed to the Clients satisfaction. This includes final inspections, addressing punch-list items (minor remaining tasks or corrections), and obtaining necessary certifications and approvals. Once all requirements are met, POWERFORWARD hands over the completed project to the Client. This may also involve training the Clients personnel on how to operate and maintain the equipment.
